Gary,

Capital One doesn’t have many cards left so you wouldn’t be able to do a switch with them. You’d be better off getting a different credit card.

I have a welcome offer with Capital One and have had my card for 20 years. I spent over an hour “just simply” trying to find somewhere to get a human to speak with. Everything was all about applying, paying, etc. The current card has a zero balance. I want to “just simply” switch. How do I get to a human? Their website is horrific. One of the worst I’ve ever had to deal with.
