Hi David and Barry. This actually isn’t correct. LegalWills.ca does support Quebec (Willful does not) and LegalWills.ca is also available in French as well as English.

It’s worth mentioning that the 2 witnesses cannot be beneficiaries of the will, or the will becomes invalid. Both witnesses have to be present when you (as testator) sign, so that’s a minor consideration! I guess in a lawyer’s office, it would often be the lawyer and his/her assistant/paralegal, or whomever happens to be available (housecleaning, etc.)
