They are, but it costs $7 a month. It’s cheaper to use a no fee credit card or a secured credit card to rebuild your credit.

The credit card looks like a normal secured credit card offering, but stay away from everything else they offer.

Yes, the chatr Secured Mastercard is basically a secured credit card like Refresh Financial. I have not formally reviewed Refresh Financial, but they’re great if you need to rebuild your credit.
